With each new booking a consultation comprising of a brief medical history will be required for all complementary therapies. This is to ensure that there are no health issues which may eliminate the clients’ ability to receive the requested treatment. For cases where the treatments are unable to take place 50% fee will be taken.

For all pamper & pre-bridal events a minimum of 3 treatments per therapist is needed. Building your own packages can be arranged at your request.

Payment for all events are required on booking; this can be made by card, cheque or BACS. Your therapist does not expect a gratuity. Please note that all bookings for bridal make-up will incur a travel charge for the make-up trial. Please also note that for singular treatments a traveling cost will be incurred of 40p per mile.

Payments for all clinic bookings are payable after treatment. Please note that any packages or block bookings will require card details to be taken to book appointment.

With cancellations up to 24 hours prior to treatment a full refund will be given. With less than 24 hours notice the full appointment price will be charged.

All personal details are treated with the highest degree of confidence and are only used for providing the client with a safe and efficient service.
